If one of your appliances breaks down you can call us on 04 50 73 24 90 or leave a message on our contact form detailing precisely the problem. We will then contact you as soon as possible.
1) You can inform us of the problem by telephone, email or by coming into the shop.
2) We will arrange a date to come to your home. Priority is given to machines that were supplied by our shop. 90% of repairs can be done on site.
3) If necessary, and subject to certain terms and conditions we can provide a temporary replacement machine**
